Refund policy

At Scents Accents & Sense, if something isn't right, reach out - we believe in taking care of our community just as much as we take pride in creating high-quality, intentional products which are designed to support your well-being. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy is in place:

All Sales Are Final (With Care)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, including candles and essential oils.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

> Your order number

> Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

Unopened Items (Limited Exceptions)

We may accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Items MUST be in a resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 - 10 business days to your original method of payment. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at deslyn.griffith@kdcorporateandlogistics.com.

 

Gift Cards

All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products are made with 100% essential oils and natural ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities.
