Scents Accents & Sense was created to support Guyanese women through every stage of life—especially the ones no one talks about.

Like many, the journey to navigate perimenopause and hormonal shifts to stress, fatigue, and emotional overwhelm is one fraught with confusion and a genuine lack of understanding, as too many women suffer in silence. I created this space to change that. 

Here, we believe in the power of nature, the importance of self-care, and the freedom that comes from feeling like yourself again. Here, we believe that we must be empowered by our shared knowledge and be confident in that power. Loving ourselves is a deserved luxury.
